Role Overview
This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in full-stack development and data engineering working in an Agile development environment. You will design, develop, and optimize web and database solutions, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support mission-critical applications. This is a fully remote role with the potential for conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop applications based on specifications provided by software developers or stakeholders.
- Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to support application functionality.
- Conduct testing and trial runs to validate the accuracy and performance of applications.
- Maintain, update, and improve existing programs to increase efficiency and adapt to new requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Develop and support reporting solutions using SSRS, including dataset design.
- Partner with technical and business teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications to ensure transparency and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is required.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience supporting and developing custom web-based applications.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret level clearance.
- Technical Skills:
- 5 years of experience with Angular.
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working with SQL Server.
- 5 years of experience using Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery for website design.
- Experience in Cloud development.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management.
- Technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $43.00 per hour.
