• Pay Rate: $75 - $78.30/hr

Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience who is fluent in Agile project management practices. You will support end-to-end infrastructure technology projects by gathering requirements and coordinating the design and build of hardware, including servers, network, and storage.

This role involves matrix execution responsibility across all technology organizations and the line of business. You will manage multiple projects or a smaller number of complex projects, partner with Program/Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements, and assist with technology estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage low to moderate complexity technology solutions, including full-scale deployments in live environments.
• Manage timelines, communicate project status, and exercise matrix management responsibility.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Use effective questioning and tools to uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
• Banking experience is considered a plus.

Must Haves

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Agile practices within a large bank.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with finances, resource capital planning, and capital tracking.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Technology programs and projects.
• A passion for technology and banking operations.
