Typical Day in the Role
The team provides infrastructure and cloud services support for the Office product group, including incident management and modernization of platforms. This role contributes to incident management, Azure infrastructure projects, and contractual commitments such as Cosmic and France/Germany programs.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates need technical understanding and strong communication skills. The ideal resume will demonstrate proactive work, independent problem-solving, and hands-on technical experience.
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients on technical matters and project subject matters from initiation through delivery.
- Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
- Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope for implementation decisions.
- Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers.
- Organize cross-functional activities to ensure programs are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage/oversee projects as required.
