ServiceNow Platform Architect

Apptad Inc. is hiring for a 100% remote ServiceNow Platform Architect.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Role Details

• Role: ServiceNow Platform Architect
• Location: 100% Remote
• Duration: Full Time (Permanent)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.
2. At least 2 implementation project experiences, one of which is for large customers.
3. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
4. Experience implementing multiple products of ServiceNow.
5. Experience with upgrades and simplification of customizations to enable rapid upgrades to new features.
6. Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health and architecture model of the ServiceNow platform.
7. Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions.
8. Ability to work in a consulting & advisory role with customers.
9. Assesses platform health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security).
10. Experience with competitive SaaS platforms (BMC, Ivanti, Jira).
11. Experience working with Banking customers.
12. Create detailed strategy aligned with the client's short- and long-term needs.
13. Serve as an expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions and bridging disparate organizations through technical expertise.
14. Ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, and manage technical escalations.
15. Adhering to best practices and ensuring architecture/design decisions align with ServiceNow standards.
16. Alignment to out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize platform customization.
17. Experience in migrating between various environments in ServiceNow using Update Sets, XMLs, Cloning, and Deployments.

• Develop standards and practices for maintaining ServiceNow platform health and architecture.
• Provide technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions.
• Work in a consulting & advisory role with customers.
• Assess platform health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security).
• Create detailed strategies aligned with client short- and long-term needs.
• Work closely with the customer platform team to develop a ServiceNow roadmap in alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
• Serve as an expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams.
