Overview

APT Search is representing a global consultancy hiring an eDiscovery Consultant on the West Coast (fully remote) or New York City and D.C. on a hybrid basis.

This is a true client-facing, full lifecycle role. You will own matters from initial scoping and set-up through delivery, coordination with operations, and supporting billing and close-out. The focus is someone who can translate client requirements into a clear plan, keep delivery teams aligned, and ensure the work lands on time and to standard.

On the consulting side, you'll advise clients on workflow and best practices, propose tailored solutions by matter, and build strong working relationships. On the delivery side, you'll manage multiple projects end-to-end and stay hands-on in RelativityOne, including aiR for Review and aiR for Privilege, Analytics, Integration Points, advanced searches and STRs, permissions and security, productions, privilege logs, and QC. You'll also partner closely with ops to make sure processing, data loads, and hosting resources match deadlines and priorities.

What they want

  • 3 years of eDiscovery litigation support and project management experience
  • Strong RelativityOne skills, including setting up matters to spec and confidently advising clients on functionality
  • Cross-border investigations experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree; Relativity certifications preferred (RCA is a strong plus)
