Description
ARC Health is seeking a dedicated professional to support the maintenance, operations, and enhancement of our computing, storage, voice, video, and data network environments. This role is integral to our infrastructure journey, including the transition to fully cloud-based solutions and the enhancement of security measures.
Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 depending on experience
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time; Exempt
Location: Fully Remote
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure and Security Development: Collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure to design, implement, and manage systems and processes that support infrastructure and security objectives.
- Security Compliance and Adaptation: Work with internal teams and external resources to ensure infrastructure meets current security standards and industry best practices.
- Vendor and Service Provider Management: Maintain productive relationships with external IT vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Desktop Solutions and Help Desk Management: Oversee the consistency of desktop solutions and manage help-desk operations for prompt support.
- Service Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously monitor infrastructure performance and implement process improvements.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership to identify and implement strategic solutions that boost operational effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on technology initiatives.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing complex IT environments.
- Project Management: Proven skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Vendor Relations: Skilled in managing vendor relationships and contract reviews.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cloud computing, automation, and current technology trends.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
