The Role
We are seeking a mid to senior-level Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our end-to-end delivery and operational capabilities. This is a hands-on, innovation-driven role where you will prototype new DevOps and cloud automation approaches, turning successful prototypes into reusable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- DevOps & CI/CD: Design and maintain robust Jenkins pipelines using Shared libraries. Integrate with GitHub and enforce best practices.
- Containerization: Build and maintain hardened Docker "gold images" and establish secure image lifecycle models.
- Artifact Management: Manage workflows using JFrog Artifactory/Xray to improve supply chain security.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Automate AWS operations (RDS, Glue, QuickSight) using Python and Terraform.
- Observability & Quality: Integrate SonarQube quality gates and Grafana dashboards to improve reliability and reduce toil.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security controls and collaborate with the security team to maintain compliance.
- Collaboration: Document system architecture and participate in knowledge-sharing across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4–8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Jenkins (Shared Libraries), Docker, and container fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python for automation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and AWS services (RDS, Glue, QuickSight).
- Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory, GitHub, SonarQube, and Grafana.
- Strong communication skills for a remote, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- AWS Certifications.
- Experience with Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry.
- Kubernetes/ECS/EKS experience.
- Background in compliance-driven environments.
