What you'll be doing
- Own and drive $2M ARR new business across enterprise accounts in the South & Central US
- Build and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy targeting C-suite stakeholders
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from first conversation to signed deal
- Navigate RFPs, procurement, and executive alignment with confidence
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success to craft winning enterprise deals
- Develop strategic account plans to land and expand within key industries
- Deliver powerful, consultative narratives around ROI, cost optimisation, and employee wellbeing
- Act as a market-facing thought leader, representing the brand at events and industry forums
What you bring
- A proven enterprise SaaS sales track record (consistently delivering $1M ARR)
- Experience selling into HR tech, employee benefits, healthcare SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
- Confidence engaging and influencing CFOs, CHROs, and procurement leaders
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and complex deal structures
- Elite-level consultative selling, storytelling, and closing ability
- A builder mindset --- you thrive in autonomy and know how to create momentum from scratch
