What you'll be doing

  • Own and drive $2M ARR new business across enterprise accounts in the South & Central US
  • Build and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy targeting C-suite stakeholders
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from first conversation to signed deal
  • Navigate RFPs, procurement, and executive alignment with confidence
  • Partner with Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success to craft winning enterprise deals
  • Develop strategic account plans to land and expand within key industries
  • Deliver powerful, consultative narratives around ROI, cost optimisation, and employee wellbeing
  • Act as a market-facing thought leader, representing the brand at events and industry forums

What you bring

  • A proven enterprise SaaS sales track record (consistently delivering $1M ARR)
  • Experience selling into HR tech, employee benefits, healthcare SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
  • Confidence engaging and influencing CFOs, CHROs, and procurement leaders
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and complex deal structures
  • Elite-level consultative selling, storytelling, and closing ability
  • A builder mindset --- you thrive in autonomy and know how to create momentum from scratch
