Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative specializing in Citrix solutions to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales, managing partner relationships, and executing strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Strategic Planning: Define critical markets, identify new customers, and develop comprehensive territory plans to drive solution selling.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and key client stakeholders (sourcing, marketing, product development, etc.) to expand the Citrix footprint.
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, articulating value propositions, and negotiating contracts.
- Account Management: Execute account strategies to meet annual and quarterly targets, while proactively assessing and validating partner and customer needs.
- RFP Management: Plan, manage, and oversee all RFPs, ensuring strategies align with company guidelines and policies.
- Collaboration: Direct cross-functional teams, including sales support and operations, to meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Reporting: Clearly articulate client needs, industry trends, and opportunity status to leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in software solutions or IT channel sales.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the IT industry, pricing models, and competitive landscapes (specifically Citrix and Cloud Software Group).
- Skills: Proven ability in hunting and farming, upselling, cross-selling, and building strategic business relationships.
- Problem Solving: Ability to interpret complex business issues and identify effective solutions.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, hardworking approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Work Arrangement
- Denver-based: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office: Tuesday–Thursday, 2 days remote).
- Other locations: Fully remote, with the ability to travel to an Arrow office as requested.

Compensation
- Annual Hiring Range: $71,500.00 - $144,819.71
- Actual compensation varies based on geographic location, experience, and skill level.
