About Artisight
Artisight transforms hospital operations with its Smart Hospital Platform, helping health systems reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care. Guided by deep clinical expertise and powered by NVIDIA GPUs, Artisight's voice-activated sensors and computer vision technology enable real-time observation, virtual nursing, and automated documentation directly in the EHR. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing workflows to reduce staff burden, accelerate patient throughput, and improve safety. More than 400 hospitals across 30 health systems trust Artisight to deliver measurable results, including cutting patient falls by over 50%, reducing nurse turnover, and saving millions annually.
About the Role
Artisight is looking for an Associate Product Manager to own the operational rhythm of our Virtual Room product line. Virtual Room is Artisight's core patient monitoring and virtual care platform, deployed across health systems across the country to support virtual sitter programs, remote patient monitoring, and smart room workflows.
You will keep delivery running: the backlog is groomed, releases ship with clear documentation, and bounded feature enhancements move from scoping to done. You will report to the Director of Product, Clinical Applications and work day-to-day with UX designers, engineering teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.
This role is fully remote, based in the U.S., and requires full U.S. work authorization.
What You'll Do
- Own Jira hygiene for the Virtual Room product line: backlog grooming, fix version cleanliness, acceptance criteria, ticket descriptions, and labels
- Keep the backlog in a state where engineering can pull confidently without chasing down context
- Write and publish release collateral for every release cycle: release notes, internal stakeholder updates, and customer-facing communications
- Scope, specify, and deliver bounded Virtual Room feature enhancements end-to-end, with defined outcomes and clear success criteria
- Run refinement sessions for the features you own, in partnership with engineering
- Build working knowledge of the Virtual Room product surface: how it is deployed, how clinicians use it, and where the friction points are
What You Have
- 1-3 years of product management, product operations, or closely related experience
- Strong written communication skills: you can write a clear ticket, a tight release note, and a stakeholder update without a lot of back-and-forth
- Comfort with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams and hold your own in a refinement session
- High ownership orientation: you identify what needs to happen and make it happen without being asked twice
- Organized and detail-oriented, particularly around tracking work, following up on open items, and keeping documentation current
Bonus Points For
- Experience in healthcare technology, health systems, or clinical environments
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and sprint-based delivery
- Exposure to customer-facing enterprise software products
- Background in technical writing, product documentation, or UX writing
Why You'll Enjoy This Role
- Impact: Your work directly shapes how clinicians experience Virtual Room, keeping delivery tight, documentation clear, and features moving from scoping to done across health systems nationwide
- Growth: You'll develop end-to-end product ownership skills in one of the fastest-moving sectors in enterprise software, with direct exposure to how AI is reshaping hospital operations
- Team: You'll report to the Director of Product, Clinical Applications and work closely with UX designers, engineering teams, and clinical and customer success stakeholders
