About Artisight
Artisight transforms hospital operations with its Smart Hospital Platform, helping health systems reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care. Guided by deep clinical expertise and powered by NVIDIA GPUs, Artisight's voice-activated sensors and computer vision technology enable real-time observation, virtual nursing, and automated documentation directly in the EHR. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing workflows to reduce staff burden, accelerate patient throughput, and improve safety. More than 400 hospitals across 30 health systems trust Artisight to deliver measurable results, including cutting patient falls by over 50%, reducing nurse turnover, and saving millions annually.
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Artisight's new intelligent touchscreen display product line for patient rooms and operating rooms. In this role, you'll own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and scale, building an integrated display ecosystem with bidirectional EHR integration, and help transform how clinical teams access and interact with patient data at the bedside.
This role is fully remote, based in the U.S., and requires full U.S. work authorization.
What You'll Do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Artisight's touchscreen product line, covering door signage, in-room digital whiteboards, and multi-display synchronization across patient and operating rooms
- Lead end-to-end product development from initial mockups through v1 delivery, integration releases, and tablet form factor expansion, working with a dedicated engineering team
- Design the data model and interaction patterns for bidirectional EHR integration with Epic (primary) and Cerner (secondary), partnering directly with Epic technical solutions teams on integration design
- Translate inpatient clinical workflows including patient safety rounding, isolation protocols, fall risk, medication administration, and discharge planning into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with UX/Design on prototypes and usability testing for touchscreen interfaces deployed in clinical environments, ensuring solutions are built for real nursing shift realities
- Define hardware requirements for hospital-grade touchscreen deployments including Android kiosk mode, device selection, and durability standards
- Own customer relationships for touchscreen pilots, traveling to sites (10-20%) for clinical discovery, user observation, and go-live support
What You Have
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building products that integrate with clinical systems or EHRs
- Direct experience with Epic integration (Interconnect, FHIR, or HL7), or equivalent depth with another major EHR platform
- Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows and documentation practices
- Experience with 0-to-1 product development, taking a product from concept through launch rather than iterating on existing products
- Demonstrated ability to work with clinical stakeholders including nurses, physicians, and hospital operations leaders, and translate their needs into actionable requirements
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, clinical, and implementation teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working at the hardware-software intersection with kiosk devices, tablets, or purpose-built hardware in clinical settings
Bonus Points For
- Experience in healthcare IT, health systems, or clinical informatics
- Familiarity with Android development, kiosk mode deployments, or MDM solutions for hospital environments
- Background in display systems, digital signage, or multi-screen synchronization
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for patient-facing applications
Why You'll Enjoy This Role
- Impact: You will directly shape how clinical teams interact with patient data at the bedside, building technology that improves care delivery and reduces documentation burden for nurses and physicians
- Growth: This is a 0-to-1 opportunity where you will define the vision, data model, and go-to-market approach for an entirely new product line, with clear runway to grow as the product and team scale
- Team: You will work closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Clinical, and Implementation teams, and interface directly with Epic on integration design, sitting within Artisight's Applications product organization
