About Artisight

Artisight transforms hospital operations with its Smart Hospital Platform, helping health systems reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care. Guided by deep clinical expertise and powered by NVIDIA GPUs, Artisight's voice-activated sensors and computer vision technology enable real-time observation, virtual nursing, and automated documentation directly in the EHR. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing workflows to reduce staff burden, accelerate patient throughput, and improve safety. More than 400 hospitals across 30 health systems trust Artisight to deliver measurable results, including cutting patient falls by over 50%, reducing nurse turnover, and saving millions annually.

About the Role

We're seeking a Technical Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Artisight's real-time, edge-deployed software running in hospital rooms across the country. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap for safety-critical software deployed on custom devices at scale and help improve the lives of patients and clinicians through reliable, high-performance systems that work when it matters most.

This role is fully remote, based in the U.S., and requires full U.S. work authorization.

What You'll Do

  • Own the technical product roadmap for edge-deployed software, including inference optimization, deployment reliability, sensor integrations, and edge-to-cloud synchronization
  • Partner with a highly technical engineering team building real-time inference pipelines, distributed data systems, and embedded software to define requirements and drive execution
  • Make hardware constraint decisions, determining what runs on-device versus in the cloud, what models fit within memory and power budgets, and which optimizations are worth the engineering investment
  • Define performance requirements including hard latency, throughput, memory, and uptime targets based on clinical and customer needs
  • Forward deploy to customer sites to observe clinician workflows firsthand and translate real-world constraints into engineering requirements
  • Develop fleet management strategy for tens of thousands of edge devices, including telemetry, software rollouts, and model drift monitoring
  • Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Quality and Regulatory teams to support deployments, technical demos, and compliance documentation

What You Have

  • Proven experience managing engineering teams of 5 to 10 or more people shipping production software at scale (1,000+ users in real-world deployments)
  • Strong technical fluency with systems-level software, comfortable working with teams building in C, C++, or Rust, and able to hold your own in technical design discussions
  • Ability to read code, understand systems architecture, and translate between business or clinical needs and strict engineering requirements
  • Experience with real-time, distributed, or embedded systems in production environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience as an individual contributor engineer on C/C++ or Rust projects
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure or database architecture teams
  • Familiarity with modern deep learning stacks such as PyTorch or vLLM
  • Healthcare technology experience, including clinical workflows, EHR integrations (HL7/FHIR), or medical device regulations

Why You'll Enjoy This Role

  • Impact: Your product decisions directly affect patient safety and care delivery, the software you ship runs 24/7 in hospital rooms across the country
  • Growth: You'll work at the frontier of edge AI, embedded systems, and healthcare technology, tackling some of the most technically demanding problems in the industry
  • Team: You'll lead a high-caliber engineering team and collaborate across clinical, infrastructure, and customer-facing functions, reporting to the VP of Product
