Administrative Fellow
Location: Remote

Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time
How you'll make an impact in this role:
Support executive leaders and organizational strategies through a structured development program.
- Assist in the formulation, enhancement, and implementation of organizational strategy and policies.
- Oversee and analyze specified financial targets, operating budgets, and/or resource allocation.
- Complete data collection or research and value-added analytics for executive leaders through the interpretation of facts and summary analyses.
- Identify and facilitate process improvement initiatives. Lead assigned, critical projects.
- Facilitate key leadership meetings including developing agendas, materials, discussion topics, action items, and outlines key decisions.
- Complete development program including assessment process, development goal planning, and defined projects.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree program enrollment or completion preferred.
