How you'll make an impact in this role
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and design documents compliant with codes and facility standards.
- Direct on-site activities to ensure projects stay on track and meet all technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external parties to streamline communication and resolve conflicts.
- Track costs against budgets to prevent overruns and manage payment disputes.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
One or more of the following required:
- Licensed Construction Professional obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
- Project Mgmt Professional obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Experience mapping Imaging Equipment (MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray) in construction strongly preferred.
- Healthcare strongly preferred, especially with Imaging Equipment.
