Location: Remote Department/Specialty: Dispensary of Hope Schedule: Full Time | Days | Monday-Friday Salary: $116,413.30-$157,499.66 Eligible for an annual bonus incentive
How You'll Make an Impact in This Role
- 5 years of experience as an IT Manager in Software Development
- Proven experience leading or managing technical teams across data engineering, integrations, and application development. Manage complex data flows across multiple third-party platforms
- AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), API development, and system integrations, SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Formstack, or similar systems, data governance, security, and compliance, eCommerce platforms such as BigCommerce and related integrations
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development (frontend, backend, and APIs)
Minimum Qualifications
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with healthcare data systems, compliance frameworks (e.g., DSCSA), or regulated environments
- Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based architectures
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and modern DevOps practices
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-based solutions
- Strong mentoring and coaching experience for technical teams
