What You Will Do

• Learn and apply financial strategies tailored to clients' needs
• Build and manage your own client base with full guidance and support
• Educate individuals, families, and business owners on retirement, insurance, and wealth-building solutions
• Leverage top-tier training, mentorship, and marketing systems
• Use modern tools to streamline client presentations, tracking, and communication
• Grow at your own pace with the option to scale into leadership

Compensation

Income range in the first year can vary $30,000, $60,000 to $185,000.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we provide guidance through the licensing process)
• Must be a USA Resident or Citizen
• Positive attitude and strong personal integrity
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry
• Coachable as well as open to constructive feedback
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• High ambition and a drive to go above and beyond the norm

Additional Details

• Pay: $60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
