Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Duration: 05 Months Location: 100% Remote Pay Rate: $26 - $27.85/hr Shift: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM 10:30 PM EST

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You'll coordinate interviews, manage job postings, maintain recruiting systems, and handle candidate communication—helping drive efficiency and excellence across the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Post and manage job openings across internal and external platforms
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate interview experience
  • Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents
  • Conduct background checks and reference verification
  • Manage candidate communications including updates, offers, and rejections
  • Support recruiting events such as job fairs and campus hiring
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain service level agreements
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR/Recruiting or staffing agency (Recruiting Coordinator, HR Admin, Office Manager, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of basic HR and recruiting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or GED (required)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Kenexa/BrassRing
  • Exposure to recruitment advertising and sourcing techniques
  • Experience supporting hiring events (job fairs, campus recruiting)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
