Data Engineer (Healthcare Domain)

• Location: 100% Remote
• Type: Initial Contract (40 hrs/week)
• Experience: 6+ Years Required

• Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, ADLS, Delta Lake
• Azure Data Factory, Unity Catalog, Git, CI/CD
• ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling
• Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting, Agile Delivery

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines on Azure Databricks
• Develop Bronze/Silver layer data products using Medallion Architecture
• Enhance platform stability, resolve production issues, and support deployments
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business teams
• Perform root cause analysis and drive technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare payer experience (Claims, Membership, Provider, Clinical)
• FHIR/Interoperability knowledge
• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud data platforms
