Job Description

Department Overview

This team is responsible for informing, coordinating, and integrating all infrastructure projects within the client site, delivered through various Infrastructure delivery programs.

Position Overview

The Infrastructure Manager role is part of the Waterfront South (WS) department within the client Directorate. This position supports the Senior Infrastructure Manager in overseeing the delivery of infrastructure projects within the WS Area of Responsibility. The role involves supporting project administration through robust governance frameworks, management tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the alignment of the client’s Strategic Objectives, contributing to key outputs in line with Infrastructure Plans and wider delivery programs.
  • Act as the Intelligent Customer for infrastructure projects within the Area of Responsibility (AOR), ensuring successful delivery against Performance, Cost & Time (PCT) targets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure capability requirements are met, monitoring delivery programs and ensuring remedial or repair works are completed within agreed or contracted timescales.
  • Assist the management team with project requirements, including developing and maintaining risk and issue registers, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive resolutions.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurately updated, securely managed, appropriately stored, and effectively communicated.
  • Undertake additional Waterfront South-related tasks as directed by line management, contributing to the team's and program's overall success.

Qualifications

Skills / Experience Required

  • Proficient in MS O365.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Organized with the capacity to work independently.

Security Requirements

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working is required, with the ability to attend the site up to 2 days per week or as business needs dictate.
