Job Description

Position Overview

The Senior Infrastructure Future Programmes Lead ensures the alignment of client strategic objectives with infrastructure plans and delivery programs. This role acts as the Intelligent Customer for current and future infrastructure needs, liaising with stakeholders and compliance teams to align capability with operational priorities and asset conditions. You will be the primary interface between future program teams and site teams, supporting master planning and base optimization strategies.

Key Tasks

  1. Support the alignment of client Strategic Objectives with Infrastructure Plans and wider delivery programmes.
  2. Act as the Intelligent Customer for infrastructure programme requirements.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment of capability requirements with operational priorities and strategic direction.
  4. Act as the Intelligent Customer for future programme master planning, base optimisation strategies, and subsequent plan development.
  5. Serve as the key interface between future programme teams.
  6. Serve as the key interface between compliance teams to understand asset condition and future requirements.
  7. Provide support across other Areas of Responsibility as agreed with management.
  8. Provide regular updates to the management chain.

Qualifications

Skills / Experience Required

  1. Proficient in MS O365.
  2. Project Management experience.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills at all levels.
  4. Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  5. Organised with the ability to work independently.
