About the Role
We're partnering with a growing medical company looking for a Veterans Affairs Sales Specialist to help expand therapy programs across VA medical centers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship‑driven work, autonomy, and making a direct impact on veteran patient care. This is a highly visible, growth-oriented role that combines clinical education, relationship development, healthcare system strategy, and measurable revenue impact. The ideal candidate thrives in complex healthcare environments, enjoys working directly with providers, and is motivated by building long-term, sustainable programs that drive both patient outcomes and organizational growth.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for therapy adoption within assigned VA facilities. Day to day, that looks like:
- Building strong relationships with VA clinicians, prosthetics teams, and administrators
- Educating providers through in‑services, demos, and ongoing training
- Helping VA teams navigate documentation, reimbursement, and prosthetics workflows
- Identifying ways to improve workflows and reduce barriers to care
- Driving increased therapy usage by supporting new provider adoption and referral pathways
- Tracking trends and sharing insights with leadership to support broader growth efforts
- Helping expand programs into additional VA sites once initial locations are running smoothly

Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST:
- 3 years in sales in in healthcare, medical device, clinical sales, or federal healthcare systems
NICE:
- Bachelors degree
- VA experience or established VA relationships preferred but not required (huge plus!)
- Experience with rehabilitation, pain management, or prosthetics teams is a plus
- Military background (huge plus!)

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Englewood, CO. This is a fully remote position.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
