Position Overview
The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering projects from kickoff through completion. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment across internal teams, consultants, and clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead internal teams, and proactively manage project performance. This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently, stay organized across multiple priorities, and drive projects forward with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial and industrial projects from design through construction
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, consultants, and vendors
- Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
- Lead internal teams by setting expectations, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability
- Coordinate consultant teams and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Prepare proposals, including consultant scopes, schedules, and fee structures
- Monitor project financials and track performance against budget and schedule targets
- Oversee permitting coordination and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Maintain organized project documentation and communication across all stakeholders
- Identify risks early and proactively work toward solutions
Qualifications / Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in architectural project management or related field
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required
- Experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects required
- Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Experience leading internal teams and coordinating consultants and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Revit and standard project coordination tools preferred
- Ability to travel for site visits, client meetings, and team events as needed
