  • Define and drive core metrics:
    • Activation & onboarding completion
    • Payment success rates
    • Compliance coverage
    • Revenue & margin
  • Work closely with engineering to build reliable, scalable systems (not duct-taped workflows).
  • Engage with users constantly (HR, finance, operations, independent contractors, customers) and translate insights into product bets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in product management, with experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, or at a company within the hiring services space.
  • Experience building or leading products in AOR / COR / EOR.
  • Experience building or leading products in contractor management platforms.
  • Experience building or leading products in global payroll or contractor payments.
  • Understanding of worker classification and associated risks.
  • Understanding of tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, 1099 workflows).
  • Understanding of cross-border payments (FX, rails, delays, failures).
  • Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs, automation, Claude, Figma, etc.) in daily workflows.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to embed AI into product experiences (e.g., compliance automation, document processing, risk detection).
  • Keenness to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them pragmatically.
  • Comfortable transitioning from zero structure to shipped product to scaled system.
  • Ability to balance speed, risk, and quality without getting stuck.
  • Understanding that payments, compliance, and onboarding are systems, not just features.
  • Ability to design for edge cases, failures, and scale.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity without waiting for perfect clarity.
  • Familiarity with payment rails (ACH, wire, wallets, Stripe, etc.).
  • Exposure to compliance-heavy or regulated environments.

  • A diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Country-specific benefits.
  • Flexible PTO.
