As an Account Sales Executive, you will manage selected strategic framework agreements, taking on high responsibility for revenue, results, and clients. Your focus will be on the sustainable expansion of long-term client relationships, positioning the company as the preferred IT and transformation partner, and actively shaping and developing complex, long-term contract and account structures.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identification and acquisition of new clients, as well as strategic expansion of business with existing clients
  • Responsibility for revenue, order intake, and continuous development of account plans
  • Management of complex opportunities, including the proposal process, risk management, and bid coordination
  • Development and presentation of convincing offer strategies within demanding decision-making structures
  • Conception and execution of opportunity and lessons-learned workshops with clients, delivery units, and partners
  • Analysis of market and client potentials, and derivation of concrete measures for business development
  • Close collaboration with delivery units, active escalation management, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Building robust relationships with decision-makers and developing strategic partnerships with technology and business partners

Your Profile:

  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience
  • Many years of in-depth experience in strategic sales of complex IT solutions, services, and managed services, as well as experience in the healthcare sector
  • Very good industry and technology understanding
  • Very good experience in German public procurement law / public tenders
  • Experience in managing large accounts, programs, or contract landscapes
  • Highly developed strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical skills, as well as client orientation
  • Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills at management and decision-maker level
  • Strong leadership competence in a technically diverse environment
  • Fluent German and English language skills
