About the role
The Sr Project Coordinator supports Project Managers by owning the administrative and coordination activities that keep clinical research projects organized and moving forward. This US-based remote role works across multiple departments and project teams, helping Project Managers focus on broader project delivery.
You will typically support four to six projects, depending on project needs and allocation.
What you'll do
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and help facilitate project discussions
- Maintain project timelines and Gantt charts
- Support Trial Master File (TMF) administration and project documentation
- Coordinate site and project-specific training, including assigning training and maintaining accurate training records
- Liaise with sites regarding training certificates, site binders, and related documentation
- Support budget-related activities and, for some projects, process site payments
- Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to track actions, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects progressing
- Help ensure project records and documentation remain accurate, complete, and up to date

What we're looking for
- 2 years prior experience in a CRO or similar Life sciences industry
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support several projects at once
- Clear, confident communication skills and comfort working with people across different departments
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel and OneNote
- Experience with Smartsheet is preferred but not required
