We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing technology business to appoint a Head of Talent Acquisition & Management, a pivotal leadership role responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining the exceptional people who will define the company's next phase of growth.

Key Details
- Salary: $185,000-285,000 basic + bonus, healthcare, allowances, and several other perks
- Location: Remote-based with tech hubs in Miami and Washington DC
- Future Progression: Opportunity to develop into Director of Talent, VP People, or Chief People Officer (CPO) or similar if desired.
Key Skills & Experience
- Talent Acquisition: Proven experience leading internal recruitment or talent acquisition functions within technology, AI, SaaS, software, or high-growth businesses.
- Technology Recruitment: Understanding of hiring across Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Technology Leadership.
- Employer Branding: Experience building a compelling employer brand that attracts exceptional talent in highly competitive markets.
- Talent Management: Understanding of succession planning, internal mobility, performance development, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
- Leadership: Experience managing recruitment teams, talent partners, or people functions while influencing executive stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable partnering with CEOs, CTOs, Product Leaders, Engineering Directors, and senior hiring managers.
- Recruitment Strategy: Experience designing scalable recruitment processes, improving hiring efficiency, and implementing modern talent acquisition practices.
- Data & Analytics: Ability to use recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and workforce data to support hiring decisions.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of how talent acquisition supports wider business growth and organisational performance.
- Communication: Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to influence candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership alike.
Role Overview
As Head of Talent Acquisition & Management, you'll lead the company's talent strategy from attraction through to long-term development.
Working closely with executive leadership, you'll identify future capability requirements, develop recruitment strategies, strengthen employer branding, and ensure the organisation continues to attract, engage, and retain exceptional people across every area of the business.
You'll partner closely with Engineering, AI, Data, Product, Commercial, and Operations leaders to understand hiring priorities while helping build a culture where outstanding talent can thrive.
This is a role for someone who sees recruitment as more than hiring—it is about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating an organisation that people genuinely aspire to join.
