Summary

The Director, Client Relationships serves as the primary relationship owner and point of contact for a portfolio of private aviation clients. In this role, they deliver independent, technically rigorous advice designed to maximize the value of each client's aviation portfolio while building enduring, trust-based relationships. As part of the Private Client Services team, working alongside Senior Flight Strategists, the Director, Client Relationships takes end-to-end ownership of the client experience: advocating for clients on new and updated flight bookings, providing detailed program analysis, monitoring performance against contract terms, and anticipating renewal and restructuring needs well ahead of deadlines. Every client interaction is an opportunity to provide expert, unbiased guidance and advocacy.

What you do

  • Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain an intimate working knowledge of client programs, including contract terms, solution and travel preferences, vendor performance, and more.
  • Client Communication: Engage in daily proactive and reactive communications via phone, Zoom, email, and text messaging.
  • Flight Consulting: Deliver technical and strategic advice on client flight bookings.
  • Monthly Reviews & Billing Audits: Reconcile and audit vendor invoices each month, catch possible billing errors, and deliver a concise review of usage, spend, and utilization.
  • Data Integrity: Update, maintain, and own all relevant data related to your clients in our CRM.

What you bring

  • 3 years in private aviation, wealth management, luxury hospitality, or a comparable client-advisory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Real comfort with numbers, performance data, and quantitative analysis.
  • Direct experience operating in a remote, high-trust, and fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce or comparable CRM proficiency.

How we work

  • Know the Game. You're genuinely curious about the particulars of private aviation. You want to know contracts, vendors, partners, and matters impacting our clients inside and out.
  • Tell the Truth. You write and speak with confidence and precision. When the answer is hard, you give it anyway.
  • Make the Call.** You take ownership and bias toward action. If a partner deserves an immediate update, you'd prefer to pick up the phone rather than send an email.
  • Earn the Business.** You think in long-term relationships, not single transactions, and you understand that client business must be earned every day, not just granted at signing.
