What's In Store For You

  • Temporary W2 engagement.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with in-person attendance at the corporate headquarters in Bridgewater, New Jersey, several times per month.
  • Exposure to senior executives, financial markets, investor communications, and the biotechnology industry.
  • Opportunities to support major corporate events, including earnings calls, investor meetings, business updates, and investor conferences.
  • Occasional travel may be required for investor events and conferences.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Serve as the primary administrative and logistical resource for the investor relations team.
  • Coordinate outreach to investors and Wall Street analysts following earnings announcements and other significant business updates.
  • Schedule and track meetings involving investors, analysts, investor relations professionals, and company executives.
  • Maintain the investor relations calendar and coordinate closely with administrative professionals supporting senior leadership.
  • Monitor the team's shared inbox, respond to meeting requests, organize vendor communications, and maintain inbox accuracy.
  • Ensure investor meeting notes and engagement information are entered into the organization's CRM system promptly.
  • Support planning for earnings calls, investor days, business updates, and other corporate events.
  • Coordinate meeting participants, conference rooms, preparation sessions, printed materials, and related event logistics.
  • Manage company participation in investor conferences, including registration, travel arrangements, lodging, transportation, and webcast services.
  • Keep executives and their administrative teams informed of conference schedules, travel details, and participation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate contact lists for investors, analysts, bankers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Partner with administrative and finance teams to support onsite meetings and company events.

Are You an Experienced Investor Relations Support Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least three years of experience in administrative support, executive coordination, investor relations support, event coordination, or a comparable role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with investors, analysts, executives, vendors, and internal business partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn new processes, terminology, and business information quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, culturally diverse, and highly visible environment.
  • Previous biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance, or investor relations experience is preferred but not required.
