Role Summary
We are seeking an autonomous, detail-oriented remote Traffic Engineer with a strong background in traffic modeling and data analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and executive reporting, working on high-impact infrastructure designs for US roads and highways.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform technical analyses including intersection design, signal optimization, and corridor modeling.
- Utilize simulation software to model current and future traffic patterns.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering studies, safety analyses, and technical design logs.
- Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines and corporate operational efficiency protocols.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3--5 years of active experience in Traffic or Transportation Engineering.
- Expert command of traffic simulation tools: Synchro, VISSIM, or HCS.
- Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory. You must be capable of presenting technical findings clearly to US-based management.
- Proven experience working under remote, metrics-driven environments.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bluebeam Revu is a major plus.
