Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred)
Location: Remote -- Must Hold Active Maryland License
Schedule: 22--36 hours of availability per week (Part-time up to 22 sessions / Full-time up to 36 sessions)
Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM--9 PM | Weekend availability a plus
Compensation: $45--$65 per billable hour (based on license-level)

What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
- Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
- Develop culturally responsive, client-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
- Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience serving children, teens, and families
- Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
