Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the strategy, design, and optimization of innovative digital commerce experiences that connect brands with shoppers across web, mobile, retail media, and in-store digital activations. This role will be responsible for:

  • Mapping end-to-end user journeys.
  • Creating high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Translating shopper behavior data, analytics, and testing insights into intuitive, conversion-focused experiences that drive engagement, increase basket size, and reduce friction throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with Creative and Account teams to transform complex consumer insights into compelling digital solutions, while establishing scalable design systems and UI component libraries that support multiple CPG brands and retail partners.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 5 years of UI/UX or product design experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, retail media, or agency environments, with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact.

  • Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Experience with responsive design and native iOS/Android design principles.
  • Ability to confidently present design strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $65--$75 per hour, commensurate with experience and contract scope.
