Position Overview

The Research & Insights Operations & Program Management team at Salesforce is seeking a Program Manager -- Research Operations to support and scale research across multiple product areas and global teams.

In this role, you will partner closely with researchers to develop and execute participant recruitment strategies, manage research operations, and ensure high-quality research execution that informs product development and customer experience.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute participant recruitment strategies across multiple research initiatives
  • Build, manage, and maintain participant panels (B2B preferred)
  • Source, schedule, and coordinate research participants
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, Finance, IT)
  • Support researchers with operational and recruitment solutions
  • Manage vendors, tools, incentives, and participant sourcing
  • Create documentation, templates, and communication plans
  • Ensure compliance with research safety, privacy, and data protocols
  • Manage multiple programs aligned with business goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 years in Research/UX Operations or related roles
  • Experience managing multiple projects and participant panels
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace
  • Experience working with distributed teams

  • San Francisco candidates preferred (optional 1 day/week onsite)
  • PST or MT time zone preferred
  • Interview process includes 3 rounds live assignment portfolio presentation
  • Immediate hiring (May start)
  • Potential for extension or full-time conversion
