Job description

Position Details

  • Location: Hybrid -- Chicago, IL (Downtown) → 3 days in office for three weeks, then fully remote on the fourth week (repeating cycle)
  • Duration: Through May 29, 2027 (long-term contract with strong possibility of extension)
  • Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Developer / Digital Publisher to manage, publish, and optimize digital content across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely content delivery using enterprise CMS tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish content in the CMS while maintaining accuracy and brand standards
  • Manage and configure components (banners, CTAs, carousels, etc.) to build dynamic page experiences
  • Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to format and troubleshoot content
  • Support marketing campaigns and business initiatives with timely content updates
  • Perform thorough QA checks on layout, formatting, and functionality

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1--2 years of experience in digital publishing or content management
  • Hands-on experience with SDL Tridion, Contentstack, or similar CMS platforms
  • Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
  • Experience in a large enterprise or media publishing environment
