The Role
This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role sitting between marketing, sales, and operations. You'll lead the strategy and execution behind retail launches, digital shelf presence, and in-store marketing across multiple brands and retail partners.
What You'll Do
- Own marketing execution for retail launches across accounts, SKUs, and brands.
- Drive product velocity through retail media, promotions, and shopper marketing.
- Manage PDP content and digital shelf across key retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).
- Develop in-store marketing, displays, sampling, and promotional activations.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure every launch is fully supported and conversion-ready.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in CPG, retail marketing, or shopper marketing.
- Experience supporting major retail accounts (Target, Walmart, grocery, etc.).
- Hands-on execution across PDPs, retail media, and in-store programs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a sales or account management role. It is focused on marketing execution and sell-through performance in retail.
