High-Ticket Sales Closer For Online Fitness Coaching (Remote)

Who We Are

Better Man Project is a premium online fitness coaching programme for high-performing men. Business owners, executives, doctors, lawyers. Men who are serious about their results and willing to invest to get them. Our programmes run from $2,500 to $25,000 and our clients get results or they don't pay.

We're growing fast and we need a closer who can keep up.

What the Role Is

You'll be taking pre-qualified calls with high-intent leads and closing them into our coaching programme. No cold calling. No chasing uninterested people. The leads come to us. Your job is to have real conversations, understand what the prospect needs, and help them make a decision. Commission is 10% per closed deal. On our typical ticket range, that's $250 to $2,500 per sale.

Who We're Looking For

1. You have a proven track record closing high-ticket offers, ideally $2,000 and above. You know your numbers. You can tell us your close rate without hesitating.
2. You understand fitness. Not because it looks good on a resume, but because you actually live it. You train consistently, you eat well, and you take your health seriously. You will be selling a transformation to men who want to look and feel better. If you don't understand that world from the inside, this isn't the role for you.
3. You're coachable. You'll work within our sales process, not around it.
4. You're available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm US time, and you're comfortable with Saturday being a standard working day.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years high-ticket sales experience
• Proven close rate on qualified calls
• Strong understanding of the fitness and health space
• Fully remote setup with reliable internet and a professional, quiet space to take calls
• Available Monday to Saturday, 9am-5pm US time
