In this role, our client is seeking a solid professional who is excited about building their career in a firm where training, development, mentoring, and employee growth are paramount.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing corporate (1120S), partnership (1065), and individual/high net worth (1040) tax returns.
- Interacting with clients on a daily basis.
- Work hand-in-hand with Tax Seniors, Manager, and Partners on a daily basis.
- Gaining knowledge and exposure on not only Tax Compliance matters, but also on Tax Planning/Strategy for clients' long-term goals/objectives.
Requirements:
Our client is seeking a professional, degreed accountant with at least:
- 1+ years of Tax Accounting experience within a similar/CPA Firm environment.
- Solid systems/computer skills. Experience with any professional tax systems (CCH, Drake, UltraTax, Lacerte, etc.) would be a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a MUST.
- Actively pursuing your CPA or EA exam.
