We're seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our expanding North American team. This is a high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of driving new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan, including prospect research, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Engage with IT and business leaders to understand their challenges and present tailored SaaS solutions that address their needs.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, highlighting the business value of our AI-driven platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitors to position our platform effectively.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth within your region.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS / B2B software sales with a proven record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, ideally within a 60-120 day average deal cycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can simplify complex technology and inspire confidence.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, comfortable working with IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or ZoomInfo.
  • Background in IT or technology-related sales is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
