About the Role
Bloom Nutrition is seeking a TikTok Shop Operations Manager to support and help shape the day-to-day operations of one of our fastest-growing marketing channels. In this role, you will execute across shop management, inventory coordination, campaign execution, and paid ads working cross-functionally with affiliate, product, logistics, and supply chain teams to keep the TikTok Shop running efficiently and growing consistently.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who understands TikTok culture, loves working with TikTok Shop, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will play a meaningful role in shaping it alongside leadership while driving day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Shop Operations & Listings
- Manage product listings, ensure accurate setup, and maintain up-to-date shop content
- Coordinate sampling logistics, including inventory tracking and fulfillment support for creator seeding programs
- Support inventory planning and receiving to ensure product availability aligns with campaign and creator activity
Campaign & Ads Execution
- Register and manage TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and flash sales
- Track and optimize shop ads (GMV Max and other paid formats), flagging performance trends to the team
- Maintain the CRM cadence, ensuring timely and relevant outreach to affiliates and customers
- Support major TikTok moments, beta tests, new platform features, and seasonal initiatives
Creator & Affiliate Coordination
- Partner with Affiliate Managers to support affiliate engagement, outreach, and program logistics
- Coordinate with external partners and agency teams on creator outreach, content needs, and product launch programming
- Supporting sampling coordination and ongoing communication
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with demand planning and supply chain teams to align inventory with creator campaigns and promotional windows
- Work with Creative, Social, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on timing, messaging, and upcoming initiatives
- Support listing accuracy, product updates, and launch readiness across the channel

Skills & Qualifications
- 1--3 years of experience in social commerce or e-commerce platform management
- TikTok Shop experience (brand, marketplace, or agency side) strongly preferred
- Experience in CPG, wellness, or beauty is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with tracking tools, spreadsheets, and performance reporting
