• Onboarding and Mentorship: Guide new associates through a comprehensive integration process, providing strategic support and leadership training.

• Background: 7 to 15 plus years in People and Culture, HR, L&D, or Executive Leadership.
• Skills: Exceptional presentation, video conferencing, and interpersonal communication.
