We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales leader who thrives in dynamic environments and understands how to navigate complex OEM ecosystems. This individual will play a key role in expanding strategic accounts, securing new business, and influencing long-term go to market success.

Focus:
- Lead business development efforts targeting OEM customers within server, networking, and hardware sectors
- Own the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, and long-term account expansion
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and supply chain
- Align customer demand forecasts with internal supply capabilities and partner roadmaps
- Monitor market conditions including pricing trends, component availability, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify and secure new logo opportunities while expanding existing account penetration
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and strategic engagements
Skill Set:
- 7 to 10 plus years of experience in semiconductor, memory, or related component sales (DRAM, NAND, SSD, or similar)
- Proven success selling into OEM environments across the U.S., including Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations
- Strong existing network within hardware procurement or engineering organizations preferred
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, pricing models, and product lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and scale revenue across multiple accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
