• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, inbound, and digital outreach to introduce life insurance options
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products that align with clients' financial goals
• Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and premiums to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the purchasing process
• Work over zoom and discord daily
• Be coachable and ready to excel.
