• The selected candidate should have the skills, qualifications, and experience consistent with a LEVEL within Brandt's job architecture. The starting compensation range is $XX,000.00 to $XX,000.00, with the final level and corresponding salary determined based on the candidate's expertise, qualifications, and prior experience within the applicable pay band.
