Job Description

We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient services via our telehealth program. This is a 100% remote position.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, with shift options of 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT. No weekends required.

Requirements

  • Master's level degree and active licensure.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred, other languages are a plus.

Skills

  • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
  • Proficiency in treatment planning.
  • Comfort with technology, including telehealth software and communication tools.
  • Experience in collaborative goal achievement with clients.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.
