Oracle HCM Engineer (EU-based)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HR and Security, and familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-grade HR systems, supporting implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Note: Candidates must be currently based in an EU country.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Manage and configure Core HR and HCM Security modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within HCM systems.
• Support integrations and migrations between PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Oracle HCM Core HR.
  • Oracle HCM Security.
• Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud products.
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, international environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be currently located in an EU country (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in English.
