Dallas, TX Metro Area - Hybrid
Salary Range: $200,000 to $250,000 per year base + Commission and Equity Potential
A terrific opportunity with a CPG startup focused on natural products that support brain health. This role operates on a hybrid schedule and must be based in the Dallas, TX metro area.
The VP will be focused on leading and developing a high-performing sales team while driving growth across national and regional key accounts. The position will oversee relationships with natural product distributors, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and drive overall revenue growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide management and leadership to the sales team
- Manage distributor and account relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies for national key accounts and regional accounts
- Collaborate with sales brokers to manage relationships
- Create and implement GTM strategies for launching products
- Plan and execute trade shows and events
- Ensure sales plan attainment and account planning
Qualifications
- Approximately 10+ years of relevant natural product sales experience including time in a leadership role managing staff
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience creating and executing sales GTM strategy for national and regional accounts
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time for account meetings/visits, conferences, and trade shows
- Understanding of natural products space distributors and managing conventional key accounts
- Demonstrated track record of managing P&L and accountability for revenue growth
