Manager, Program Operations
Best Companies Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager, Program Operations who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of BCG's recognition programs. This role manages the Program Operations team, owns partner relationships, and coordinates across departments to ensure programs are delivered on time, on spec, and in line with partner and customer expectations.
This position is a member of BCG's Leadership Team and serves as the internal advocate for both the Program Operations team and the program partners we serve.
Duties + Responsibilities:
- Own operational execution of assigned programs from kickoff through publication, including program websites, registration management, list posting, and annual data cleanup.
- Manage all partner communication --- timelines, renewals, custom requirements, check-ins, winner lists, approvals, and publication reports.
- Coordinate internally with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders on marketing, timeline changes, and program updates.
- Maintain accurate program data in ClickUp, including trackers, sub-lists, categories, publication notes, and task management across cycles.
- Complete technical program setup each cycle (Act-On, Xindi, ClickUp spaces) and configure tasks for downstream teams on 2.0 programs.
- Directly manage Program Operations staff --- set expectations, provide feedback, conduct reviews, manage workload, and support hiring and onboarding.
- Represent Program Operations on the Leadership Team; surface partner needs, team capacity issues, and operational risks to leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact across departments and with external partners; keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the program lifecycle.
Skills + Requirements:
- 3--5+ years in program management, client success, or operations in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing or leading a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent).
- Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down.
- Background in media, awards, HR technology, or recognition programs, preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Act-On, HubSpot, or similar), preferred.
- Experience with website content management and basic web publishing, preferred.
