Functional Consultant o9 Supply Chain Planning

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and hands-on experience implementing o9 Solutions. The ideal candidate will lead planning configuration, workflow optimization, reporting, and production support initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient supply chain planning solutions.

Required Experience

• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management solutions
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions
• Strong experience in Demand & Supply Planning
• Proven expertise in production support and issue resolution
• Experience leading teams and mentoring consultants

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure o9 Solutions based on business requirements
• Customize planning configurations and workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Design and optimize workflows, UI interfaces, action buttons, and procedures
• Improve solver performance for enhanced planning accuracy and faster execution
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical views for business users
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine user stories and requirements
• Support Client Success teams in resolving complex production issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within o9 Solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of o9 Configuration Consultants
• Ensure adherence to implementation standards, quality, and best practices
• Promote a collaborative and innovation-driven work environment

• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in SCM tools and technologies

Location: Richardson, TX (Remote with travel approximately 10 days/month) Duration: Long Term Employment Type: Contract
