We are looking for an Assistant Customer Experience Manager to support our mission of delivering exceptional value. This is a Part-Time and Full-Time role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Customer Experience Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and inform service improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and consulting, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Help to maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer data.
  • Contribute to the creation of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and customer-facing materials.
  • Monitor key customer experience metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a customer experience, customer support, or a related client-facing role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to think strategically.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and a deeply empathetic approach.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within the technology or strategic consulting industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback analysis tools and techniques.
