Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and optimizing the sales pipeline in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and support remote sales representatives or teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates and overall performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing remote or distributed sales teams
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or high-ticket sales environments
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
