We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Creative Services to lead creative strategy, brand execution, and content development across a growing organization. This executive leadership role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at building high-performing teams, delivering impactful creative solutions, and maintaining exceptional quality standards across all brand touchpoints.
About the Role
The Vice President of Creative Services will oversee the development and execution of creative initiatives that support business objectives and strengthen brand presence. This role works closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure creative excellence, consistency, and innovation across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Creative Services function, including strategy, planning, and execution
- Establish and maintain creative standards, processes, and best practices
- Oversee the development of brand, digital, marketing, and communication assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative initiatives with business goals
- Guide creative direction for campaigns, content, and visual storytelling efforts
- Manage resource planning, workflow optimization, and project prioritization
- Mentor and develop creative leaders, designers, writers, and other creative professionals
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all internal and external communications
- Evaluate creative performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand management, or creative services roles
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic creative leadership and successful project execution
- Experience working within remote or distributed organizations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of branding, design principles, content strategy, and digital media
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
